Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

The stacks are getting bigger again. Just check out
this week's stack at Reading Reality!
And now that the U.S. is finally moving back towards something that feels more like normal, even if we are still dealing with the pandemic, I have to wonder whether people will be reading more, or less. On the one hand, it's suddenly a whole lot easier to concentrate. And on the other hand, I'm so happy I can't concentrate!
It's a dilemma - but a great one to finally have.

This week's stack over at Reading Reality looks like things are getting back to normal-ish, at least in the book world. I picked up some really great stuff, including Stacey Abrams' new book, and the first three Bridgerton books. And the new Mary Balogh finally got its cover art.
Take a look and see!

This has been, well, this has been what it has been. Sometimes, all you can do is applaud for a bad play because at least it's over. That sums up my feelings about this week - and probably a lot of other people's as well.
I definitely have a
stack over at Reading Reality today, and it's a smidgen bigger than it's been the last couple of weeks - even if I did end up buying a bunch of books to make it that way.
Check it out and see!

First of all, happy whichever holidays you celebrate this time of year and best wishes for the coming NEW YEAR!
Second, while
there is a stack over at Reading Reality today, it's a bit on the short and stumpy side. Not much gets uploaded to Netgalley and Edelweiss the week before Xmas, and likely not the week between Xmas and New Year's either.
But there are always a few gems! Look and see!

It's difficult to believe that Xmas is this week, New Year's is next week, and that 2020 is ALMOST OVER. I think I'm pretty safe in saying that this is a year that no one will want to experience again!

There are some very pretty books, although not all that many, in
my full stack over at Reading Reality.
Here are some of the prettiest covers to whet your reading appetite for the week!

Fall is pretty much fell here in Atlanta. It's cold, rainy and nasty as I write this. Which probably makes this an excellent week to curl up with a cup of tea, a cat or two, and a good book or three. Then again, I think ALL weekends are good for that!

The U.S. is now in the post-turkey coma stage of Thanksgiving. We even gave the cats a little bit of the turkey on a plate. Hopefully they won't think they'll be getting that kind of treat all the time. Just once a year.

This week's
full stack over at Reading Reality has embiggened a bit compared to the last couple of weeks. That means plenty of books to read over the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. Not that THAT was much of a problem in the first place!
One book I'm really, really, happy to have picked up - although it's tempting me to read it right this minute and I just can't yet. Take a look and see!
